Structures Brewing To Our Friends in the Great White North

Lager 4.8 º
"To Our Friends in the Great White North" is a collaborative American Lager from Structures and Holy Mountain that delivers ultimate refreshment. It presents a brilliant pale straw hue under a fleeting white foam. The aroma is invitingly clean, featuring subtle notes of grainy-sweet malt and a whisper of floral hops. The palate is defined by its crisp neutrality, offering a light, crackery malt base with a faint corn-like sweetness that is quickly swept away by a snappy, dry finish. High carbonation lends a lively prickle, emphasizing its light body and thirst-quenching character, perfectly embodying the straightforward appeal of a classic Canadian-style lager.
Appearance. Very pale straw (approx. 2-3 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a frothy, white head that has moderate to low persistence and minimal lacing.
Aroma. Low intensity aroma. Clean, grainy-sweet malt character with a faint hint of floral hops. Fermentation is exceptionally clean with no detectable esters, phenols, or diacetyl.
Taste. Initial impression is crisp and neutral. Low grainy malt flavor with a very subtle sweetness that transitions into a short, clean, dry finish. Hop flavor is nearly absent, offering only a minimal floral or spicy note. Bitterness is low (approx. 12-15 IBUs), providing just enough balance to ensure a refreshing quality.
Mouthfeel. Light body with a prickly, high carbonation that enhances the refreshing qualities. No alcohol warmth is perceived; the texture is smooth and highly attenuated.
