This collaborative Hazy IPA delivers an intense tropical showcase centered on the vibrant expression of Galaxy hops. It pours with a characteristic opaque glow and a dense, meringue-like head. The aromatics are saturated with pungent passionfruit, ripe peach, and hints of guava, supported by a clean, bready malt backdrop. On the palate, the fruit intensity remains high, offering a juicy, stone-fruit-forward profile with a remarkably soft, pillowy mouthfeel. A restrained bitterness ensures a smooth finish that avoids any hop harshness, allowing the vibrant New World hop character and subtle fermentation esters to remain the focus of each sip.
Appearance. Deep straw to pale gold (4–6 SRM); thick, rocky, meringue-like white head with high retention and lacing; opaque with a luminous hazy shine, free of visible particulates.
