Stroom Grindstone reimagines the classic American IPA through a lens of high-energy punk rock and artisanal caffeine. This coffee-infused ale presents a striking juxtaposition between the bright, resinous punch of New World hops and the deep, roasted complexity of fresh coffee beans. The piney and citrusy aromatics of a traditional American IPA are amplified by earthy, dark chocolate, and toasted nut notes from the infusion. A clean, supporting malt backbone ensures the hop bitterness and roast character remain sharp and focused, leading to a dry, invigorating finish that balances tropical fruit cues with a lingering espresso-like snap.

Appearance. Medium gold to light reddish-amber (8-12 SRM). Clear to slightly hazy with a medium-sized, off-white head that demonstrates good persistence and lacing.

Aroma. High intensity featuring prominent citrus and pine hop character integrated with roasted coffee, dark chocolate, and earthy notes. Low, clean, grainy maltiness supports the hop and coffee presentation. Clean fermentation profile.
