This Hazy IPA offers a lush, saturated hop experience driven by a potent trio of Citra, El Dorado, and Strata. The aroma is an explosion of tropical mango and passion fruit, underpinned by bright citrus zest and a distinctive apricot ester profile derived from the Verdant IPA yeast. On the palate, the soft, bready malt foundation allows the hops to shine with layers of candied orange and resinous berry, finishing with a smooth, restrained bitterness. At 7% ABV, it carries a gentle, well-integrated warmth that complements its medium-full, silky texture, resulting in a vibrant, juicy profile with remarkable depth.

Appearance. Straw to light orange (4–6 SRM) with a deep, opaque haze that maintains a luminous shine. Topped with a dense, rocky, meringue-like white head featuring high retention and thick lacing.

Aroma. High intensity aromatics of tropical pineapple and passion fruit from Strata, combined with pear and watermelon notes from El Dorado. Citra provides a sharp lime and grapefruit edge, while the yeast contributes rich stone fruit esters. Malt is low, presenting as fresh bread and light grain.

Taste. High fruity hop flavor mirroring the aroma, leading with succulent tropical fruit and citrus. The malt provides a soft, bready sweetness that balances the moderate bitterness, though the perceived bitterness remains low. The finish is smooth and off-dry with a lingering juicy aftertaste and no harshness.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy texture and no astringency. Carbonation is moderate. A light alcohol warmth is present, enhancing the overall smoothness without being hot.
