This celebratory Double IPA radiates an intense sensory profile driven by a sophisticated hop blend. Cryo Citra and Nelson deliver a punch of tropical mango, white grape, and gooseberry, while Centennial and Cryo Loral introduce layers of classic pine, bright citrus, and delicate floral notes. The aromatic intensity is high, supported by a clean, neutral malt backbone that allows the modern New World hop character to dominate. It pours with a soft haze and a persistent white head. The palate follows the nose, offering a complex, resinous bitterness that finishes remarkably dry, highlighting the beer's strength and drinkability.

Appearance. Deep gold to light orange-copper (7-9 SRM). Pours with a slight haze consistent with modern interpretations, topped by a moderate-sized, persistent, creamy off-white head with excellent lacing.

Aroma. High intensity. Prominent tropical fruit, mango, and white grape from Cryo Citra and Nelson, balanced by Centennial's citrus and pine. Cryo Loral adds a refined floral and herbal lift. Malt is neutral and supportive.
