This potent Double IPA celebrates a 7th anniversary with a saturated sensory profile driven by an international trio of hops. The inclusion of Nectaron and Eclipse delivers an intense burst of passion fruit, peach, and citrus, while American Ahhhroma contributes layers of pineapple and tropical spice. Despite its 10% ABV, the beer maintains a clean, dry finish characteristic of the style, avoiding heavy caramel sweetness. The malt provides a neutral, grainy backbone that allows the ultra-tropical hop character to dominate. Expect a high-intensity aroma and a firm bitterness that balances the smooth, warming alcohol presence in this complex, celebratory brew.

Appearance. Deep gold to light orange with a slight haze from the intensive double dry-hopping. Features a dense, creamy, off-white head with excellent persistence and significant lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop-forward aroma featuring a complex blend of mango, passion fruit, peach, and bright mandarin citrus. Very light, clean, grainy malt in the background. Fermentation is clean with low esters, allowing the hop fruitiness to dominate. Noticeable but smooth alcohol.

Taste. Strong and complex hop flavors of tropical fruit and resin. Moderately high bitterness provides a firm structure without being harsh. Malt flavor is low and neutral, supporting the hops without adding weight. The finish is dry and clean with a lingering, hoppy aftertaste of citrus zest and pineapple.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, velvety texture. Carbonation is moderate-high. A distinct, pleasant alcohol warmth is present, reflecting the strength but remaining well-integrated and free of solvent-like harshness.
