This vibrant American IPA showcases a modern hop profile anchored by a crisp foundation of Pilsner and 2-row malt. The aromatic intensity is high, led by the signature white wine and crushed gooseberry notes of Nelson Sauvin, complemented by the punchy tropical passionfruit character of Strata. Citra hops round out the sensory profile with bright layers of grapefruit and lime zest. On the palate, the beer delivers a clean, lean malt backbone that allows these complex fruit flavors to take center stage before finishing with a firm, refreshing bitterness.
