Sky Cowboy IPA is a vibrant American IPA that balances a lean, toasted backbone with an expansive hop profile. A foundation of 2-Row and Vienna malt provides a clean, slightly bready platform for a complex array of hop varieties. Initial aromas of grapefruit and tropical papaya from Citra Cryo and Simcoe Cryo lead the charge, supported by the unique floral and stone fruit notes of Vista and Loral. Talus adds a distinctive layer of pine resin and dried rose. The palate follows suit, delivering a refreshing melon sweetness and firm bitterness that finishes crisp and dry, embodying a classic Pacific Northwest spirit.
