Mixtape Romeo reimagines the classic German Pils through a modern lens, balancing traditional crispness with a vibrant, dry-hopped soul. Brewed with delicate Pilsner malt, it delivers a light-bodied foundation of soft crackers and gentle sweetness. The extended lagering ensures a pristine, refreshing finish, but the highlight is the expressive aromatic profile of Nelson Sauvin and Bru-1 hops. These varieties infuse the beer with sophisticated cues of white grape and lush stone fruit, adding complexity to the clean lager base. It is a harmonious blend of Old World technique and New World hop intensity, finishing dry with a clean, lingering bitterness.
Appearance. Straw to pale gold (2–4 SRM); brilliant clarity; persistent, creamy white head with excellent lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of white grape and stone fruit; low grainy-sweet pilsner malt character resembling toasted crackers; exceptionally clean fermentation profile with no yeast esters or phenols.
Taste. Initial impression of light, doughy pilsner malt sweetness quickly followed by a firm hop bitterness; hop flavors of gooseberry, white wine, and tropical stone fruit are dominant; medium-high bitterness; very dry and crisp finish with a clean, lingering hop snap.

For this latest edition of our rotating dry hopped lager series, we first brewed the beer with pilsner malt for a light body and gentle malt sweetness. Then we lagered the beer for several weeks to create a clean, refreshing crispness. As our mixtape final song, we dry hopped with Cashmere and HBC 630 for aromas of melon, berry and lemon. Load it up, press play and enjoy.
