Be Dazzled IPA captures the vibrant energy of a contemporary American IPA, leading with an expressive bouquet of bright citrus, fresh pine, and tropical passionfruit. Stoup Brewing crafts this 6.9% ABV ale with a focus on hop clarity and a refined malt backbone that allows the hop-forward character to shine without being overbearing. The sensory experience is defined by its moderate bitterness and surprisingly soft mouthfeel, providing a supple texture that carries the resinous and fruity notes through to a clean, uplifting finish. It strikes a sparkling balance between traditional West Coast pine notes and modern tropical fruit aromas, creating a layered and approachable drinking experience.
Appearance. Brilliant medium gold color (approx. 7 SRM) with a persistent, medium-sized white head that leaves intricate lacing on the glass.
Aroma. High hop intensity featuring prominent zesty citrus, resinous pine, and tropical passionfruit. A low, clean, grainy maltiness provides a neutral backdrop, while the fermentation profile remains characteristically clean with no significant esters.
