METEOR is a luminous Hazy IPA that reimagines the style through a leaner, more drinkable lens. This High-Density Hop Charge showcase utilizes a sophisticated trifecta of Citra Spectrum, Citra Lupomax, and Citra Pellet T90 to deliver an explosive sensory experience without excessive vegetal weight. The result is a vibrant bouquet of bright citrus and unexpected floral elegance. On the palate, its distinctive straw-yellow hue belies a surprisingly dry, soft texture that enhances its high-intensity hop profile while maintaining a restrained bitterness. Appearance. Straw to very pale yellow (3-4 SRM). Opaque with a characteristic hazy shine but no visible particulates. Features a dense, meringue-like white head with high retention and significant lacing.

Aroma. High intensity. Dominated by powerful citrus notes of grapefruit and lime zest, complemented by a unique, delicate floral perfume. Low bready and grainy malt presence provides a neutral backdrop with no caramel or toast. Clean fermentation profile with subtle fruity esters.
