Appearance. Pale straw to deep yellow (2-4 SRM); very cloudy with a milky, whitish-yellow haze; thick, white, moussy head with excellent retention and lacing.

Aroma. Moderate bready and grainy wheat malt with a hint of honey. High citrus intensity featuring zesty tangerine and the herbal-perfumy notes of kaffir lime leaf. Moderate spicy-peppery coriander and low fruity-citrus notes from Mandarina Bavaria hops.
