By introducing this Belgian culture to the classic Stone IPA base, the beer gains a multifaceted sensory profile where traditional citrus and resinous notes from Centennial, Magnum, and Perle hops are layered with fruity esters and subtle bubblegum hints. A gentle malt sweetness provides a supportive foundation for the firm bitterness, leading into a dry, complex finish. This transatlantic hybrid showcases a sophisticated balance between New World hop intensity and Old World yeast-driven spicy depth.

Appearance. Deep gold to light amber in color (7–10 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a large, persistent off-white head that leaves consistent lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring grapefruit, citrus, and resinous pine from the Centennial hops, joined by floral and herbal notes from Magnum and Perle. The Belgian yeast adds a distinct layer of fruity esters—specifically pear and bubblegum—alongside light peppery phenols and a soft, bready malt background.
