A specific British yeast strain enhances the fruity profile with subtle esters, while the addition of Oat flakes creates a signature soft, pillowy texture. Appearance. Straw to light amber (4-6 SRM) with a deep, opaque haze that creates a characteristic shine. Topped with a dense, rocky, meringue-like white head that demonstrates excellent retention and leaves thick lacing.
Aroma. High intensity; dominated by tropical fruit, crushed lime from Motueka, and stone fruit notes of peach from Callista. A dank, piney undertone from Simcoe provides complexity.
