Stilly  Weisse  is a 5.2% abv Bavarian-style pale wheat beer designed to session or to refresh the palate. Following the traditions of Bavaria, the beer is brewed with 70% malted wheat, is decoction mashed for maximum foam and texture, and receives a careful, slow fermentation in the cellar to perfectly balance the classic banana and clove aromas and flavours.
