Whispering Pines is a sharp, refreshing West Coast IPA crafted with gluten-free grains that provide a lean, crisp foundation. The sensory profile is dominated by a punchy "C hop" blend, featuring intense notes of resinous pine, grapefruit zest, and subtle floral undertones likely derived from varieties such as Cascade and Centennial. The alternative grain bill lends a delicate, slightly nutty or cracker-like quality without the weight of traditional barley. It pours clear and golden with a persistent white head. On the palate, a firm, clean bitterness cuts through the dry finish, leaving a lingering trail of citrus pith and evergreen needles.
