Trippelmås is a decadent Triple Hazy IPA crafted to celebrate Stigbergets’ tenth anniversary. This Double IPA pours with a dense, opaque haze, releasing a high-intensity aroma of saturated tropical fruit, including overripe mango and passion fruit, characteristic of heavy dry-hopping. The 10% alcohol is masterfully integrated, providing a gentle warmth that complements a rich, bready malt profile. On the palate, expect a velvety, full-bodied experience with lush flavors of citrus zest and stone fruit. A smooth, moderate bitterness balances the residual sweetness, leading to a clean, fruity finish that highlights the brewery’s signature soft mouthfeel and modern hop usage.

Appearance. 4–7 SRM. Deep straw to pale gold with a persistent, opaque haze. Thick, creamy white head with excellent retention and dense lacing.

Aroma. Intense hop aroma featuring heavy notes of tropical fruit (mango, pineapple), stone fruit (peach), and zesty citrus. Low, sweet, bready malt background. Clean fermentation profile with a hint of smooth, sweet alcohol.

Taste. Immediate explosion of juicy tropical fruits and citrus oil. Soft, doughy malt support with light honey-like sweetness. Bitterness is moderate to firm but exceptionally smooth, lacking any harshness. Finishes medium-dry with a lingering resonance of hop resins and fruit esters.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full to full body with a creamy, soft texture. Moderate carbonation. Noticeable but well-integrated alcohol warmth. No hop-derived astringency.
