The sensory experience is led by a bold, jammy convergence of raspberry and cherry, sharpened by the tannic, earthy depth of blackcurrant and the zesty, green tartness of gooseberry. A luxurious infusion of coconut weaves through the profile, offering a creamy, exotic counterpoint to the underlying wild fermentation funk and lactic sharpness. Bright acidity and a dry finish accentuate the fruit skins, creating a refreshing yet deeply layered profile that balances intense berry character with a smooth, tropical roundness.
Appearance. Deep reddish-purple with a hazy to opaque clarity. Pours with a moderate, pink-tinted head that shows modest retention and light lacing, common in beers with fruit acidity and coconut oils.
Aroma. High intensity of mixed dark berries and stone fruit; distinct notes of ripe raspberry, tart blackcurrant, and sweet cherry dominate. A noticeable creamy, toasted coconut aroma provides a tropical layer, supported by light wild yeast funk and a clean, sharp lactic acidity.
