Stigbergets Mösatöva is a decadent Imperial Stout inspired by the Swedish Kärleksmums cake, delivering an opulent sensory experience. This jet-black ale leads with intense aromas of bittersweet chocolate, dark-roasted coffee, and a distinct toasted coconut character. The palate is saturated with rich layers of cocoa and espresso, balanced by a subtle vanilla-like sweetness and the oily richness of coconut. Despite its 12% ABV, the alcohol manifests as a smooth, well-integrated warmth rather than a sharp heat. A dense, velvety body carries these dessert-like flavors into a lingering, bittersweet finish that marries roasted malt intensity with a harmonious, cake-like complexity.

Appearance. Jet black and completely opaque. Features a thick, creamy, deep tan to dark brown head with moderate retention and significant lacing. Visible legs are apparent when swirled, indicating high viscosity and alcohol content.

Aroma. High intensity with a complex blend of bittersweet chocolate, cocoa powder, and freshly ground coffee. The secondary coconut notes are prominent, accompanied by subtle dark fruit esters like raisins and prunes. Hop aroma is very low, while the alcohol is noticeable but smooth and refined.
