This collaboration celebrates the revival of the classic American IPA, delivering an intensely pungent and resinous experience. A simple grist of Pale ale and extra pale malt, enriched with a touch of Munich malt, provides a sturdy yet clean foundation for the powerhouse trio of Chinook, Cascade, and Citra. High-potency CGX versions of these hops amplify the sensory profile, yielding a sharp, nostalgic nose filled with fresh pine needles, dank earthiness, and bittersweet orange marmalade. Crisp and assertively bitter, it finishes dry and clean, allowing the bold, citrusy, and evergreen hop character to linger long after the first sip.

Appearance. Deep gold to light copper (7–10 SRM). Brilliantly clear with a dense, persistent white head and excellent lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop-forward aroma featuring prominent resinous pine, pungent dankness, and bright citrus. Notes of orange marmalade and grapefruit dominate, supported by a low, clean, bready malt presence from the Munich and Pale ale malts. Fermentation profile is exceptionally clean.

Taste. Initial impression is sharply hoppy and bitter. The flavor profile is dominated by resin, pine needles, and citrus zest. A light, slightly toasty malt backbone provides structure without cloying sweetness. High bitterness that is firm but not harsh. The finish is very dry and clean with a long, lingering aftertaste of orange marmalade and evergreen.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, crisp texture. Moderate to high carbonation. A subtle, well-integrated alcohol warmth is noticeable but smooth. Completely free of astringency or hop burn.
