This collaborative Double IPA delivers an explosive sensory experience, leveraging a pale foundation of Heidelberg pilsner and Heidelberg wheat malt. The addition of torrefied oats provides a silky, substantial mouthfeel that supports an aggressive hop profile. Fermentation-side additions of Citra Incognito produce intense citrus and tropical depth, while a heavy dry-hop regimen of Nelson Sauvin pellets and Nelson Sauvin Hop Kief contributes distinctive notes of crushed white grapes, passionfruit, and a touch of resinous diesel. Despite its 9.5% ABV, the finish remains remarkably clean, emphasizing modern hop innovation and a soft bitterness over heavy malt sweetness.

Appearance. Pale gold with a persistent, thick white head that leaves significant lacing. Exhibits a distinct haze from the high oat and wheat content, though remains luminous.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by tropical fruit, lychee, and gooseberry. Notable notes of white wine grape and grapefruit citrus. Low, clean, grainy malt background with a hint of soft alcohol warmth.
