This Hazy IPA showcases the distinct, punchy profile of Nelson Sauvin hops in an approachable 5.7% frame. It pours with a characteristically opaque, golden glow, delivering an immediate aromatic burst of crushed white grapes, gooseberries, and subtle passionfruit. The palate is defined by its soft, pillowy texture and a low perceived bitterness that allows the vibrant, wine-like fruitiness to take center stage. Notes of juicy tropical fruit and a hint of grainy malt sweetness provide a balanced foundation, finishing clean with a lingering, nectar-like resonance typical of the style's emphasis on late-addition hop depth.

Appearance. Color is a luminous straw to light gold (4-5 SRM). It is opaque with a characteristic hazy shine, topped by a dense, rocky, meringue-like white head that shows high retention and thick lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of white wine, gooseberry, and tropical passionfruit. The malt character is low, offering a neutral, grainy, and lightly bready backdrop. Fermentation esters are fruity and well-integrated.

Taste. High fruity hop flavor mirroring the aroma's white grape and tropical qualities. Malt flavor is low and bready. Bitterness is moderate but perceived as mild due to the soft body. The finish is off-dry and smooth, with a clean, juicy aftertaste devoid of harshness.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy texture and medium carbonation. It is exceptionally smooth on the palate with no astringency and a very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth.
