Condor is a powerhouse Hazy IPA from Stigbergets, delivering a saturated sensory experience defined by its quadruple hopped profile. At 7.8% ABV, it pours a glowing, opaque gold with a brilliant sheen. The aroma is an intense explosion of tropical fruits—mango, passionfruit, and ripe citrus—overlaying a soft, bready malt base. On the palate, a velvety, medium-full body carries massive waves of juice-like hop flavors with a restrained, soft bitterness. The finish is smooth and off-dry, punctuated by a well-integrated alcohol warmth that enhances the plush mouthfeel without overstaying its welcome.
Appearance. 4-6 SRM. Opaque and hazy with a luminous gold hue. Topped by a thick, meringue-like white head with high retention and dense lacing.
Aroma. High intensity of tropical fruit (passionfruit, mango) and stone fruit (peach) hop character. Background notes of sweet citrus zest. Malt is clean, low, and lightly bready. Fermentation is clean with supportive fruity esters.
