This Hazy IPA delivers a vibrant sensory experience, showcasing a tropical and white grape-forward bouquet. Intense aromas of citrusy Citra and Amarillo blend with the passion fruit notes of Mosaic and pine-touched Simcoe, complemented by the delicate elderflower character of Hallertau Blanc. Underpinning this massive hop display is a velvety grist of Simpsons GP and GNO, paired with Torrified Wheat and Crisp Flaked Oats, which delivers a soft, bready, and slightly sweet foundation. It finishes incredibly smooth with a gentle, balanced bitterness that ensures a clean, juice-like presentation.
Appearance. Straw to light gold with a distinct, opaque haze that gives the beer a luminous shine. Supports a thick, rocky, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and persistent lacing. No visible yeast clumps or particulate floaters.
Aroma. High intensity aroma bursting with tropical fruit, including passion fruit and mango, layered with bright citrus, stone fruit, and a distinct white grape note. The malt profile is supportive, presenting as low, clean, bready, and grain-like. Clean fermentation profile with complementary fruity esters and no yeast-derived phenols.
