Over the years, they have continued to innovate and develop whilst upholding the traditional ethos of Edinburgh’s rich brewing history.  Ka Pai is a pale ale that pours an exceptionally pale straw colour. On the nose, a combination of passion fruit, mango and lychee. With a light bodied and initially sweet flavour which is beautifully balanced with a long lasting bitterness.
