Steve Huxley decidió elaborar una Best Bitter y en concreto esta interpretación del estilo ya que, en Inglaterra a principios de los ’60 la Draught Bass, todavía en casks de madera, era la cerveza de su juventud y la predilecta de los cognoscenti de la época. Steve’s Best Bitter es un viaje en la imaginación de como este tipo de cerveza podría haber evolucionado con nuevos lúpulos y avances en tecnología pero respetando las tradiciones. Así conseguimos una cerveza que satisface tanto a los exigentes del principios del siglo 21 como su antecesora hizo con los de medianos del siglo pasado.
