State Of Kind Brew Co.

This Hazy IPA is a saturated juice bomb that showcases a sophisticated hop trio. The addition of Citra 702 provides an intense base of bright citrus and tropical depth, while Nectaron adds layers of ripe peach and nectarine. Nelson contributes its signature notes of crushed white grapes and gooseberry, creating a complex, multifaceted fruit profile. Pouring a dense, luminous gold with a persistent white head, the beer offers a soft, pillowy texture and restrained bitterness. The result is a vibrant, aromatic experience where the lush fruit character remains the primary focus from the first sniff to the smooth, fruity finish.

Appearance. Straw to deep gold (SRM 4-6); opaque and hazy with a luminous glow. Large, rocky, white meringue-like head with excellent retention and thick lacing.

Aroma. Intense, punchy aroma of passion fruit, peach, and pink grapefruit. Distinctive white wine and gooseberry notes add complexity. Low bready, grainy malt provides a neutral backdrop; no caramel or toast present.

Taste. High-intensity fruit flavors featuring ripe mango, stone fruit, and a touch of white grape. Very low to medium-low perceived bitterness. Malt is light and bready, supporting an off-dry, juicy finish. No harshness or hop burn in the aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, silky, and pillowy texture. Moderate carbonation. Very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth without any astringency or raw starchiness.
