This Czech Premium Pale Lager presents a classic sensory journey defined by its heritage ingredients. The nose is greeted by the iconic spicy and herbal perfume of Saaz hops, layered elegantly with subtle earthy and floral nuances from a touch of East Kent Goldings. A foundational backbone of bready-rich malt provides a soft, complex sweetness that balances a firm yet rounded bitterness. Refreshing and crisp, it showcases the traditional malt depth typical of the style while maintaining a clean fermentation profile. Appearance. Deep gold color (5-6 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a dense, long-lasting, creamy white head that provides excellent lacing.
