This American IPA delivers a vibrant sensory experience defined by a complex blend of five hop varieties. The aroma is assertive, lead by a tropical fruit punch of mango and papaya, layered with a distinct peppery spice and resinous pine. A clean, grainy malt backbone provides a steady platform for these intense hop characters without adding heavy sweetness. On the palate, the hop-forward profile transitions from juicy citrus to a firm, integrated bitterness. The finish is crisp and medium-dry, leaving a lingering impression of fruit skin and floral spice that invites another sip, perfectly capturing the brewer's intent for a multifaceted hop showcase.
Appearance. Deep gold to light amber in color with brilliant clarity. Displays a medium-sized, off-white head with good persistence and moderate lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of tropical fruit, citrus, and a noticeable spicy, resinous undertone. Low grainy-sweet malt aroma supports the hops; fermentation profile is clean with very low esters.
Taste. Strong hop flavors of tropical fruit and citrus are balanced by a spicy, floral complexity. Medium-high hop bitterness is assertive but clean. Low toasted malt flavor provides a light support before a dry to medium-dry finish with a hoppy aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a smooth texture and moderate to high carbonation. Very light, smooth alcohol warmth is present without any harshness or astringency.
