This formidable Belgian Golden Strong Ale presents a complex, treacherous sensory profile shaped by an intensive double-mashing process. It pours an amber-orange hue with a creamy beige head, releasing a high-intensity bouquet where Mosaic hops contribute unique spicy and eucalyptus notes. The aroma is rich with ripe banana, raisin, and soft caramel, masking its potent alcoholic strength. On the palate, a gooey malt sweetness gives way to flavors of peach and licorice, balanced by a firm hop bitterness. Despite its incredibly full body and sticky texture, it maintains a sophisticated character, finishing with a lingering, pleasant warmth and fruit-forward complexity.

Appearance. Amber-orange in color (8-12 SRM) with a light beige, creamy, and long-lasting foam head; generally clear with fine effervescence.

Aroma. High intensity bouquet of fruity esters including ripe banana, peach, and raisin. Hop character is moderate to high, featuring the spicy and eucalyptus notes of Mosaic. Malt is prominent with caramel and bready sweetness, complemented by a noticeable but soft, perfumy alcohol presence.

Taste. Initial impression is sweet and gooey malt with caramel and licorice flavors. This is quickly balanced by a solid hop bitterness and spicy Mosaic hop flavor. Esters of banana and peach are prominent. The finish is long and warming with a lingering sweet-bitter balance and complex fruitiness.
