Silk Supersonic is a modern American Pale Ale that leans into the soft, silky aesthetics of the New England style. The aroma is led by an intense bouquet of pink grapefruit and dried rose petals derived from Talus, supported by the resinous passionfruit notes of Simcoe. On the palate, Mosaic delivers layers of ripe berries and tropical fruit, while Citra provides a bright, citrusy punch of lime and orange peel. A supportive, bready malt base provides balance without cloying sweetness. It finishes smooth and clean, showcasing a harmonious blend of classic pine and contemporary tropical hop character within a velvety framework.

Appearance. Hazy pale golden to light amber color (approx 6-7 SRM). Topped with a moderately large, creamy white head with excellent retention and thick lacing.
