This Hazy IPA presents a vibrant, tropical sensory profile driven by the aromatic synergy of Motueka, Citra, and Strata hops. The beer pours with a signature opaque luminosity and a dense, white head. On the nose, intense aromas of zesty lime and passionfruit from the Motueka and Strata blend seamlessly with the bright grapefruit and peach notes of Citra. The palate is defined by a soft, pillowy texture that carries flavors of ripe mango and citrus zest, balanced by a restrained, smooth bitterness. A neutral, bready malt foundation allows the lush, juicy hop character to persist through a clean, refreshing finish.

Appearance. Straw to deep gold (SRM 4-6); opaque with a characteristic hazy shine; features a medium-to-large, rocky, white meringue-like head with excellent retention and thick lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop-forward profile; dominant notes of passionfruit, crushed berries, and lime zest. Underlying layers of grapefruit, peach, and a hint of tropical dankness. Malt character is low and neutral, presenting as lightly bready or grainy; fermentation is clean with subtle fruity esters.

Taste. High to very high fruity hop flavors including lime, mango, and passionfruit. Malt flavor is low and supportive, offering a clean, doughy base. Bitterness is moderate but perceived as low due to the soft body and lack of harshness. Finishes off-dry to medium with a lingering, juicy fruit aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, smooth, and silky texture. Carbonation is moderate. Very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth; no hop-derived astringency or harshness.
