This New England Double IPA delivers a vibrant sensory experience defined by its heavy-handed use of Citra and Simcoe hops. The aroma leads with a burst of tropical mango and zesty grapefruit from the Citra, seamlessly intertwined with the resinous pine and subtle passionfruit notes characteristic of Simcoe. On the palate, a soft, pillowy malt backbone provides a creamy canvas for layers of stone fruit and citrus zest. Despite its 8% strength, the finish remains remarkably smooth, offering a clean, well-integrated alcohol warmth and a refined, lingering bitterness that balances the soft, juice-like character of the style.

Appearance. Hazy pale orange to light copper (8-10 SRM). Opaque clarity with a moderate-sized, persistent, creamy off-white head and significant lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of grapefruit, lime, and mango from Citra, coupled with Simcoe's resinous pine and passionfruit. Neutral, bready malt in the background with light fruity esters.

Taste. Initial impression is a wave of tropical fruit and citrus oil. Flavors of mango and grapefruit dominate, supported by an earthy, piney hop character. Low, clean, soft malt sweetness leads to a medium-dry finish. Bitterness is firm but smooth and well-integrated, with a lingering citrus aftertaste.
