Trapped In Amber is a vibrant Belgian Single that defies its sessionable ABV with an assertive sensory profile. This iteration emphasizes a modern, hop-forward lean through double dry hop additions of Vic Secret, Bru-1, Huel Melon, and Mosaic. Tropical pineapple notes from Vic Secret and Bru-1 intertwine with the distinct honeydew melon character of Huel Melon and the berry-citrus complexity of Mosaic. These aromatics dance alongside traditional peppery Belgian yeast esters. Despite the light frame, it boasts a surprisingly resilient body and a crisp, dry finish. The hop complexity bridges beautifully with honeyed cracker malt notes, creating a sophisticated and refreshing table beer that delivers immense character.
Appearance. Pale gold (4 SRM); persistent, billowy white head with fine lacing; slight haze present from heavy dry-hopping.
