Staggeringly Good

This American IPA delivers a vibrant sensory experience despite its sessionable 4% ABV. A punchy hop profile driven by Mosaic and Vic Secret takes center stage, offering layered aromas of juicy citrus, bright grapefruit, and hints of tropical fruit. The malt base remains light and unobtrusive, providing a clean, grainy foundation that lets the resinous and fruity hop oils shine. Refreshingly crisp with a well-defined bitterness, it concludes with a dry, lingering finish of citrus zest and subtle pine. It is a highly aromatic and drinkable example of a modern, hop-forward pale ale designed for maximum flavor impact.

Appearance. Medium gold (6-8 SRM) with a brilliant clarity. Features a medium-sized, white head with good persistence and light lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma with prominent grapefruit and orange citrus notes from Mosaic, paired with pineapple and passionfruit accents from Vic Secret. Low, clean, grainy maltiness provides a supportive background. Clean fermentation profile with no noticeable esters.

Taste. Moderate to high hop flavor mirrors the aroma with zesty grapefruit, citrus peel, and tropical fruit notes. Low, bready malt sweetness is quickly overtaken by a firm, clean bitterness. The balance is decidedly hop-forward, leading to a dry finish with a lingering hoppy aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a smooth, crisp texture. Carbonation is medium-high, providing a refreshing bite. No alcohol warmth or astringency is present.
