Staggeringly Good

This Hazy IPA, dubbed 'Dino-Juice', erupts with a prehistoric intensity of tropical fruit and citrus. Utilizing a foundation of Maris Otter, Oats, and Wheat, the grist provides a soft, bready cushion for a sophisticated extraction of hop oils. Aromas of ripe mango and grapefruit surge from the glass, driven by the trio of Azacca, Citra, and Idaho-7. On the palate, the experience is lush and juice-like, offering layers of stone fruit and bright orange zest with a restrained bitterness. The finish is smooth and off-dry, showcasing a complex biotransformation of hops that lingers without any harshness, epitomizing the modern, fruit-forward spirit of the style.

Appearance. Straw to light amber (approx. 5 SRM) with a deep, opaque haze and a healthy shine. It supports a thick, meringue-like white head with high retention and persistent lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring tropical mango and pineapple, followed by Citra-forward grapefruit and Idaho-7 notes of stone fruit and soft pine. The malt provides a clean, grainy, and lightly bready background with neutral fermentation esters.

Taste. High fruity hop flavor mirroring the aroma with layers of nectarine, lime, and tropical juice. The Maris Otter malt provides a supportive cereal-like flavor. Bitterness is moderate and well-integrated, leading to a soft, off-dry finish that is fruity and clean without being cloying.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, silky texture contributed by the Oats and Wheat. Carbonation is moderate. There is no astringency or hop burn, with a very light, well-hidden alcohol warmth.
