This unfiltered Munich Helles presents a rustic, cellar-fresh character, offering a lightly hazy appearance typical of a Kellerbier. The sensory profile is built on a foundation of grainy-sweet Pilsner malt, which provides a soft, rounded palate. The use of Tettnang and Saaz hops introduces a sophisticated layer of floral, spicy, and herbal notes that remain elegant and restrained. At 5% ABV, it maintains superb drinkability with a clean fermentation profile. The balance favors the malt, though the noble hop character is clearly defined, leading into a smooth, dry finish that avoids any harsh bitterness.

Appearance. Pale gold (4 SRM). Lightly hazy and unfiltered as per the style, with a persistent, dense, creamy white head that leaves moderate lacing.

Aroma. Moderate intensity with a dominant grainy-sweet malt character and notes of fresh bread. Low to moderate spicy and floral hop aroma from the Tettnang and Saaz. Exceptionally clean fermentation with no detectable esters or diacetyl.
