This Double IPA delivers an intense sensory experience driven by a massive tropical and stone fruit profile. The aroma is saturated with pineapple and peach notes from BRU-1 hops, complemented by the citrusy orange and floral character of Amarillo. A specialized grist featuring a heavy proportion of oats and wheat creates a thick, sticky malt base that provides a luxurious, fuller texture than typical examples of the style. While the hop intensity is high, the substantial body ensures a smooth delivery, leading to a punchy yet balanced finish with clean, supportive alcohol warmth and lingering resinous fruit.

Appearance. Pale gold to light orange (6–8 SRM). Pours with a thick, persistent, creamy white head that leaves heavy lacing; typically presents with a significant haze due to high protein content.

Aroma. High intensity hop-forward aroma dominated by pineapple and ripe stone fruit. Supportive notes of citrus zest and floral spice are present. Malt is low and grainy-sweet, while the fermentation profile is clean with very subtle fruity esters.

Taste. Initial impression is a burst of tropical pineapple and melon followed by floral grapefruit. The malt flavor is soft and bread-like, enhanced by the creamy oat contribution. Bitterness is firm and moderately high but lacks any harshness. The finish is medium-dry with a lingering fruity and resinous aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full to full body with a notably creamy, viscous texture from the oats and wheat. Carbonation is moderate. A smooth, restrained alcohol warmth is present without being solventy or hot.
