This British Golden Ale, served from the cask, offers a highly refreshing and sessionable sensory profile. The aroma is defined by vibrant, punchy notes of grapefruit and orange zest courtesy of the Amarillo and Cascade hops, underpinned by a delicate floral bouquet. A clean, bready malt backbone serves as a crisp canvas, allowing the citrus-forward hop character to shine without the distraction of caramel.
