Staggeringly Good

This Hazy IPA is an olfactory powerhouse, driven by a massive triple-threat dry-hop combination. Amarillo provides a lush foundation of sweet orange and floral notes, while Citra adds layers of vibrant pink grapefruit and tropical passionfruit. The addition of BRU-1 introduces a distinct, punchy pineapple character that sharpens the juicy profile. Visually striking with an opaque, glowing haze, the palate is exceptionally soft and pillowy. Despite the 7.2% ABV, the bitterness remains restrained, allowing the vivid, fruit-saturated character of the hops to dominate from the initial sip through to a smooth, succulent finish.

Appearance. Ranging from straw to deep orange with a characteristic opaque glow. It features a dense, rocky, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and lacing. The haze is uniform and intentional, avoiding any sediment or yeast clumps.

Aroma. Intense and hop-forward, dominated by tropical and citrus profiles. Ripe pineapple from the BRU-1 melds with Citra's grapefruit and lime, while Amarillo contributes a zesty orange peel and subtle floral bouquet. Background notes of bready, grainy malt are present but subordinate, with a clean fermentation profile and light alcohol notes.

Taste. High-intensity fruit flavors mirror the aroma, showcasing a kaleidoscope of mango, pineapple, and citrus oils. The malt is lightly bready and supportive, providing a soft backdrop for the hops. Perceived bitterness is low-to-moderate and smooth, never harsh. The finish is off-dry and lingering with a saturated fruit aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy texture. Carbonation is moderate, enhancing the smooth mouthfeel without being prickly. There is a gentle, well-integrated alcohol warmth consistent with its strength, but it remains free of astringency or hop burn.
