This German Pils pays homage to historical traditions, presenting a brilliant golden hue crowned by a dense, creamy white head. The aroma is defined by a high intensity of spicy and herbal Saaz hops, supported by a clean, grainy malt base featuring notes of toasted cracker and a hint of honeyed sweetness from the Pilsner malt. On the palate, a full-bodied malt presence is quickly countered by a solid, firm bitterness. The finish is remarkably dry and crisp, showcasing a clean fermentation profile that allows the noble hop character to linger alongside a slight minerally snap, creating a refreshing and sharp profile.
