This bold Double IPA showcases a vibrant synthesis of Old and New World hops. The aromatic profile is dominated by the tropical and stone fruit notes of Talus and Simcoe, layered with the bright citrus of Citra. Ariana contributes a subtle berry-like sweetness, while Northern Brewer provides a grounded, herbal and slightly woody counterpoint. It pours a clear deep gold with a persistent white head. On the palate, a clean, grainy malt backbone supports a firm, assertive bitterness. Resinous pine and grapefruit zest lead into a dry, lingering finish, balanced by a smooth, well-integrated alcohol presence that emphasizes its robust character.

Appearance. Deep gold to light copper (8-11 SRM). Clear with a moderate-sized, persistent white head and delicate lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring pink grapefruit (Talus), resinous pine (Simcoe), and lime zest (Citra). Subtle blackcurrant notes (Ariana) and herbal spice (Northern Brewer) are backed by a neutral, grainy malt character. Clean fermentation profile with no solventy alcohol.

Taste. Immediate impact of tropical fruit and resin. The bitterness is high but smooth, avoiding harshness. A light, toasted malt sweetness provides minimal support before a dry, crisp finish. Flavors of grapefruit and passion fruit linger alongside a clean, bitter aftertaste and a touch of herbal earthiness.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth texture. Carbonation is medium-high. A gentle, pleasant alcohol warmth is present, with no hop-derived astringency.
