St. Salvatore RAIPA presents a refined interpretation of the English IPA, characterized by a luminous, deep golden hue and a firm, off-white head. The sensory journey is led by a prominent bouquet of herbal and peppery English hops, underscored by a subtle floral note. Beneath the hop-forward exterior, a foundation of bready and slightly toasty malt provides structural balance without overshadowing the assertive bitterness. At 6.3% ABV, it offers a clean, well-attenuated profile that culminates in a crisp, dry finish typical of the British tradition, where earthy and spicy tones linger elegantly on the palate.

Appearance. Deep gold to light amber (8–12 SRM) with brilliant clarity. Topped by a moderate-sized, persistent, off-white head that leaves delicate lacing on the glass.

Aroma. Moderate to high hop aroma featuring classic herbal, spicy-peppery, and faint floral notes. The malt character is medium-low, offering scents of fresh bread crust and a hint of biscuit, with very low fruity esters.

Taste. The initial impression is firmly bitter, showcasing hop flavors of dried herbs and spice. A medium-low malt backbone provides flavors of bread and light toast. The finish is medium-dry to very dry, with a lingering but smooth hop bitterness and a faint minerality. Balance is decidedly toward the hops.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, non-astringent texture. Carbonation is medium-high, providing a crisp sensation. A light, pleasant alcohol warmth is noticeable but well-integrated.
