Taste. Initial malty sweetness is quickly followed by a moderate caramel flavor and toasted biscuit notes. Hop flavor is moderate to high, leaning toward citrus and resin. The bitterness is firm and moderately-high, balancing the malt richness. The finish is medium-full but dries out, leaving a lingering impression of caramel and hop bitterness.
Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a smooth texture and no astringency. Carbonation is moderate to high, providing a refreshing prickle on the tongue. A very slight, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present in the finish.
