Slipway is a bright and approachable American IPA that leans into a modern, juicy profile. It pours a clear gold with a persistent white head, releasing a vibrant aroma of ripe stone fruits like peach and apricot. The palate is dominated by these hop-derived fruit notes, supported by a clean, lean malt backbone of pale grains that provides structure without cloying sweetness. Despite its session-friendly 5% ABV, it maintains a firm, crisp bitterness that cleanses the palate. The finish is remarkably dry and refreshing, characterized by lingering tropical fruit esters and a smooth, medium-light body that invites another sip.

Appearance. Medium gold to light amber color. Clear with a slight haze. Medium-sized, white head with good persistence and light lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by stone fruit, specifically peach and apricot. Low, clean, grainy maltiness supports the hop presentation. Fermentation profile is clean with very light fruity esters.

Taste. Medium-high hop flavor featuring prominent stone fruit and citrus. Low grainy maltiness with a hint of toast. Bitterness is medium-high but clean, leading to a dry to medium-dry finish. Hoppy, bitter aftertaste with supportive malt.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a smooth texture. Medium-high carbonation. No harshness or astringency with very low, integrated alcohol warmth.
