This English IPA presents a modern maritime character, merging a traditional bready base of Pilsner Malt and Pale Ale Malt with a vibrant New World hop profile. The inclusion of Oats and Wheat provides a smooth, rounded texture that supports the assertive bitterness of Chinook and Cascade. Aromas of citrus and floral spice from Crystal are lifted by a cold-side addition of Mosaic, contributing hints of tropical fruit. The finish is classically dry and well-attenuated, allowing the lingering resins and spicy hop character to remain clean on the palate without becoming harsh.

Appearance. Golden to light amber (6-9 SRM). Pours with a moderate-sized, persistent off-white head. Displays a slight, attractive haze characteristic of the wheat and oat additions and cold-side dry hopping.

Aroma. Moderate to high intensity. Bright citrus and grapefruit from Cascade blend with the tropical berry notes of Mosaic. A spicy, piney resin from Chinook and Crystal sits atop a clean, bready malt background with faint biscuity notes.

Taste. Initial impression is hop-forward with citrus and floral flavors. A firm, assertive hop bitterness (approximately 40-50 IBU) is balanced by a soft, bready malt backbone from the Pilsner and Pale Ale malts. The fermentation is clean with subtle fruity esters. Finishes dry to medium-dry with a lingering, pleasant spicy hop aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a notable smoothness and light creaminess derived from the oats. Medium-high carbonation provides a crisp, refreshing sensation. No perceived alcohol warmth or astringency.
