This Belgian Tripel presents a sophisticated balance of strength and drinkability. Its sensory profile is defined by a complex interplay of spicy, peppery phenols and bright citrus esters, often reminiscent of orange peel and lemon. Built on a foundation of Pilsner malt, it offers a soft, honey-like sweetness that quickly yields to a firm hop bitterness and an incredibly dry, effervescent finish. Appearance. Deep yellow to shimmering gold (5-7 SRM) with brilliant clarity. Pours with a thick, long-lasting, rocky white head that leaves significant lacing. Highly effervescent with visible carbonation streams.

Aroma. Moderate to high intensity. Prominent peppery and clove-like phenols blend with fruity esters of lemon, orange, and a hint of ripe banana. The malt is light and clean, showing soft grainy-sweet and honeyed notes. Low floral and spicy hop notes are present.

Taste. Initial soft malt sweetness of grain and honey is immediately met by a wave of spicy yeast character and citrus fruitiness. Medium-high bitterness emerges mid-palate, leading into a very dry, crisp finish. The aftertaste is clean with lingering peppery notes and a touch of floral hops.
