This unfiltered blond ale elegantly bridges the gap between a refreshing Witbier and a rustic Saison. The influence of the Blanche style introduces a lively citrus brightness and a whisper of coriander, complemented by a delicate, refreshing acidity. The hop profile is exceptionally complex, marrying the floral and earthy elegance of Aramis and Saaz with the vibrant, grapefruit-forward character of Cascade and Amarillo. A meticulous dry-hopping process elevates the aromatic intensity. Thanks to a diverse grain bill, the palate is well-rounded and smooth, yet remains effervescent and highly attenuated, finishing with a moderate, lingering bitterness characteristic of a classic farmhouse ale.
