Squinters Brewing Co Inners Outters
Inners Outters is a lush Hazy IPA resulting from a collaboration between Squinters and Bracket. It presents an intense aromatic profile dominated by tropical fruit notes of mango and pineapple, alongside bright citrus and stone fruit. The appearance is a glowing, opaque straw-yellow with a resilient, meringue-like white head. On the palate, the massive hop-forward character delivers layers of passionfruit and peach, supported by a soft, bready malt presence and a restrained bitterness that ensures a juicy impression. The finish is smooth and off-dry, featuring a gentle alcohol warmth at 7% ABV that integrates seamlessly into the medium-full, pillowy body.
Appearance. Pale straw to light orange in color (4 SRM) with a deep, opaque haze that gives the liquid a vibrant shine. It is topped by a dense, rocky, white head with excellent retention and thick lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop-driven bouquet featuring mango, guava, and ripe stone fruit. Background notes of sweet citrus zest are supported by a light, bready, and grainy malt character. Fermentation is clean with supportive fruity esters.
Taste. Leading with explosive flavors of tropical fruit and apricot. The malt provides a soft, neutral, grainy-sweet foundation without any toasted or caramel notes. Bitterness is low to moderate, well-masked by the body, resulting in a smooth, fruit-forward finish with no hop harshness.
Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy texture and moderate carbonation. There is a noticeable but well-integrated alcohol warmth and a complete absence of astringency or raw grain harshness.
