This Hazy IPA pours with a luminous, opaque glow, offering a vibrant canvas of sensory delights. Massive aromas of tropical mango and bright lime zest emerge from the generous use of Citra hops, while the Bravo hops contribute subtle floral notes and a deep, sweet orange undertone. On the palate, the experience is soft and lush, mirroring a fruit-forward juice profile with minimal bitterness. A neutral, bready malt backbone provides enough structure to support the intense hop layers without distracting from the primary juicy character. It finishes smooth and refreshing, leaving a lingering impression of citrus oils and soft peach.
Appearance. Straw to deep gold (SRM 4-6) with a characteristic opaque haze that provides a luminous shine. It is topped by a dense, white, meringue-like head with excellent retention and significant lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring dominant notes of tropical fruit, passion fruit, and bright citrus from the Citra hops. Bravo hops add a layer of sweet orange peel and a light floral bouquet. The malt is subtle, providing a background of fresh grain and light dough. Clean fermentation with no harsh alcohol.
Taste. High fruity hop flavor mirroring the aroma with layers of pineapple, tangerine, and soft stone fruit. The bitterness is low to moderate but stays soft and integrated, never becoming harsh or resinous. A light, grainy malt sweetness balances the hop-forward profile, leading into a medium, off-dry finish with a pleasant, lingering citrus aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, silky texture. Carbonation is moderate, enhancing the juicy sensation without adding any carbonic bite. There is no perceived alcohol warmth, astringency, or hop burn.
